Four new games: Speed, Sevens & More

We've added four classic card games to Solitaired: Speed, Trash, Sevens, and Egyptian Rat Screw. Each game is free to play online, with no downloads or signups required.

These games are different from solitaire because they are based on the card games many people grew up playing with friends and family. They are faster, more competitive, and easier to jump into when you want a quick break.

Speed

Speed is a fast two-player card game where both players race to get rid of their cards. There are no turns. You play cards as quickly as you can onto the center piles, using cards that are one rank higher or lower than the cards showing.

Trash

Trash, also known as Garbage, is a simple card game where you try to fill numbered spots from ace through 10. Each round you complete makes your layout smaller, and the goal is to be the first player to finish the final one-card layout.

Sevens

Sevens is a classic shedding game where each suit starts with the 7. From there, players build outward toward the ace and king. You must play a legal card when you have one, so the challenge is managing your hand and opening up the right suits at the right time.

Egyptian Rat Screw

Egyptian Rat Screw, often shortened to ERS, is a fast pile-collection game built around face-card challenges and slap opportunities. Players flip cards into the center pile, and the right double or sandwich can let you slap and claim the pile.
